Volume 3
Modern Music

is a mix of music recorded

before the 1960's.

It's music recorded before and at the beginning

of the introduction of the LP format and some of

the tracks in the mix were

even recorded before the introduction of

the magnetic tape in the recording studio.

Nevertheless, I find these tracks to be far from dated

and as "modern" as ever.

Enjoy!

No comments? This is a solid compilation! Just wondering, can you upload Milt's Wizard on the Vibes album? It has a crucial Thelonious studio session from July 1948, that, for who knows what reason, wasn't included in the RVG reissue of Monk's Genius of Modern Music albums. 320 kbps would be great, but I'd be grateful for anything really.

cheers and thanks again for the great music.
